Because each home is different we prefer to talk with you about the home before we quote a price. When you contact us, we will need to know the square footage, age, address and area of town the property is located in. If there are out buildings, detached garages, swimming pools, outdoor kitchens, or sprinkler systems that you would like to have inspected, please let us know at that time. This will enable us to give you an accurate quote.
Inspection of accessible crawl space areas of pier and beam foundation is an optional service available at additional cost with the fee dependent on crawl space accessibility and other conditions found at the time of the inspection.
A Home Inspection is not a one size fits all business. The age and square footage of homes and the time required to inspect them varies widely. Some homes are well maintained, others are not. Some homes have pools, crawl spaces, sprinkler systems, outdoor kitchens or other optional systems. Some homes require foundation level measurements. Older homes, in general, take much longer to inspect and document, write and edit the reports.
There are many guys out there doing up to 6 inspections per day. We are not a volume inspection company and you can rest assured that we will take all of the time needed to fully inspect your house properly before we leave the inspection. Our goal is to make sure that we check every area possible to find out what you need to know to make informed decisions.
